When Aegon the Conqueror flew to Westeros he rode the great dragon Balerion the Black Dread and he carried that ancient Valyrian Steel sword Blackfyre that was the sword of his house. However, he was also accompanied by his sisters, who were also his wives. It was his sister, Visenya, who rode the dragon Vhagar and assisted her husband-brother in his conquest of Westeros carrying her own Valyrian Steel blade known as Dark Sister.
Dark Sister was smaller and more elegant than Blackfyre, with a thinner blade making it perfect for use by Visenya however larger men would use it after her. She first passed it to her son Maegor the Cruel, until Maegor was given Blackfyre instead. Dark Sister would continue to be given and used by Targaryen princes, heirs, and second sons, finally being placed in the hands of Daemon Targaryen as a reward for his military prowess.
This adult collectible is officially licensed from HBO®'s hit series House of the Dragon®. It is made of stainless steel and includes a certificate of authenticity and a display plaque.

Nice design and very accurate.
Enjoy it very much. Looks very much like the shows version. The blade is beautiful eventhough stainless unlike the show. The guard and handle are nice an intricate but a seem a little thin and not that durable as other blades. Might be the nature of the design.

Dark Sister is great
Beautiful plaque, lovely sword. So far I have oathkeeper(scabbard too), longclaw(scabbard as well), Ice, widows wail, blackfyre(book version), and now dark sister. Each blade has great quality, and the craftsmanship is superb, bringing props from the show to life. 10/10

Amazing! Amazing! Well made along with being beautiful and elegant. Perfect for any GOT fan but also perfect for anyone who enjoys collecting replica swords.
If unsure which to get, the standard or “Valyrian Steel” version. Get the “Valyrian Steel” version. I wish I did. I do hope they come out with a scabbard for Dark Sister along with the dagger we see Daemon carry with Dark Sister. Would be an amazing pair. -
